I just heard that fantasy author Terry Pratchett has died at the age of 66. I never read any of his books, but I know he was quite popular. May he rest in peace.

That's really sad. I've only ever red one of his books. He was a unique author who set himself apart from the usual fantasy tropes - or at least turned them on their heads a bit. And he was so young to die.

I love Discworld and his colaborations with Neal Gaiman! If you haven't read any of Sir Terry's work, BARD has plenty of it! Perhaps I'll celebrate his life by listening to the BBC Radio 4 adaptation of his "Good Omens".

I like Discworld books too. Some of his last tweets were AT LAST, SIR TERRY, WE MUST WALK TOGETHER. Terry took Death’s arm and followed him through the doors and on to the black desert under the endless night. The End.

Funny stuff. My favorites were Witches Abroad and Feet of Clay. He'll be missed.

I sadly didn't know him, but his passing has inspired me to download his books on bard. I'm excited to see what genius awaits.
